Poreč is a town and municipality on the western coast of the Istrian peninsula, in Istria County, Croatia. Its major landmark is the 6th-century Euphrasian Basilica, which was designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1997.
The town is almost 2,000 years old, and is set around a harbour protected from the sea by the small island of Sveti Nikola/San Nicola (Saint Nicholas). Its population of approximately 12,000 resides mostly on the outskirts, while the wider Poreč area has a population of approximately 17,000 inhabitants. The municipal area covers 142 square kilometres (55 sq mi), with the 37 kilometres (23 miles) long shoreline stretching from the Mirna River near Novigrad (Cittanova) to Funtana and Vrsar (Orsera) in the south. Ever since the 1970s, the coast of Poreč and neighboring Rovinj has been the most visited tourist destination in Croatia.

Wonderful walking video, my dear friend. 👏👌 I have only been to Porec once, when I was still very young. It is such a wonderful place and I remember that it was also a great place for diving. I love the old town with all the narrow streets. Have a great weekend.

This is a nice walk. It is odd to me that people are way up in the grassy areas instead of near the water. But, there are only small places that I would consider a beach. So, I understand there is only so much room. I like that you panned to the left and the right when at the marina. We could see the sights around you better. Thanks for sharing.

The nice thing is that there is things for all taste, so who wish to stay near the sea they can, people like to stay on grass too. There is people who camp or seat on a hammock, another playing beach volleyball and people who paddle on a bicycle to go around.
The walk was even longer, but I didn't had the attachment to put the camera on bike 🚲

I wish I could remember more detail about the park. If you can get the time and memory of this place, it would be a good one to take with you. I am so glad that you have enjoyed it. I thought the wind blowing through the palm trees was really windy.

Yeah I really enjoyed it, in another day I rented a bike and we cycled even further. Wasn't so windy, all days where sunny and the temperature was chill
