I remember the times when I was just starting out on ark. It was in June. And I lived in the swamp area, near the green obelisk. It was good times back then with the kapros, frogs, and sarcos. Good memories back then. Hollywood undead songs remind me from the good ol ark days

This brings back so many memories i used rush back from school to watch your ark mobile videos all the time and now to see what ark mobile has come to, i thank you schwalbe for these amazing memories😢
Dang. I wasn’t into building, and traveling to find a new home, so I stayed in the very first base I ever made. I have a lot of tames nowadays, so moving to the plateau, suggested by you, is not a bad idea.
Same my base is nesr the hunter cave not that far on a little island with rocks i thought it was cool and not that much dinos then i saw a carno and killed my fav raptor so i spammed my slingshot until he died but i knocked him out and tamed him good ol days
When I first started I was... terrified to even leave my base because when I'd go up the beach I'd find dilos hahaha. They seemed so scary as well as the forest near my base. I logged onto my SP save not long ago and I have about 7 dilos... lots of dodos and 3 trikes. I didn't get very far on that save because I started playing PVE. Since I got forced to move servers I deleted the app to have a break and I might start up a new SP eventually so I can use what I've learned on PVE.
I just started a new world and your tips are helping me out so much! i love your videos and ofc im subbed ;) i am planning to tame a level 23 theri soon, so i am watching a lot of theri tame videos for tips XD. I live in that little landstroke thingy in the west-zone, that looked like a very safe place to me. im getting my metal by the volcano with my pte. im already level 64 thanks to the tips of your vids. keep the good work going! :D

this very much resembles my conditions when I started out, except I still live on the beach, my first 2 dodos and lystro were also killed by a theri, but I did upgrade my base to metal on the beach so now I have a half-metal base on the beach.

All the Dino’s are on neutral so if a dilo raptor or terror birds or something aggressive all your Dino’s are going to go crazy just some advice keep your small Dino’s on neutral and the flyers and big dinos on passive great video btw

That's because I was stupid back then when I attempted to find the hidden lake on foot as I didn't know it's coordinates and then a theri killed me while I was trying to defend myself from a wild raptor..... Thankfully I found the lake when I accidentally stumbled appon it with my op pteranodon as I progressed....

For the plateau base, I agree with your choice to move. I had to move for the same reason. It’s still a nice place, but not quite good enough
It looks nice but it won't be very nice anymore once you build a base on it
