To be fair... Master Chief is supposed to be that way. There's many comments throughout the games of characters trying to remind him that he isn't a machine. And Cortana, the actual "machine" of sorts, is his heart. *She's* his humanity.
Neat show! Long winded at some parts while others were really compact. Almost too close together for a few of the trailers. Entertaining overall, and I can understand the reasoning on both sides about the violence intensity. While we have games like doom, that does not give the same physical and emotional response as scenes in the trailer, for various reasons.
