Pro Tip: If you find yourself spending your ETO too fast of just want more, recruit a member to your team that gives you and your team increased ETO via their trait of “Skilled Investor”. (Example: Fundraiser)
I just recently purchased Watch Dogs Legion, and i already regret sleeping on this game for 3 years, since i'm having a ton of fun. At first when i saw gameplay from it, it seemed interesting, but also cringeworthy because some of the dialogues. But now that i tired it, its really fun to explore this detailed city, collect members you are actually interested in playing, and the "police" chases are amazing.
Pro tip for resistance mode: Use bikes whenever possible to minimize contact with albion vehicles Get deep profiler upgrade and use leads from profiler to recruit operatives much easier hacking random peoples optics then stealing a random van in a clan kelley territory and honestly its not worth losing operatives to these random recruitment missions
I like using auto-drive in WD:Legion. I will explore the map and do other things while I wait to get to my destination. I have run across a few good recruits as well just by chilling and watching things as autopilot was doing its thing. PLUS, THIS GAME REMEMBERS EVERYTHING YOU DO AND TO WHO. If you run people over, it will remember. I have scanned a few people on the street that I have kicked the shit out of during a mission, and also friends and family of those people I kicked the shit out of. Right now though, people run scared of my spy sometimes and Im not sure why because I only hurt people who deserve it. Maybe because I beat down cops on the street that are being cruel to civilians? Im not sure...
Pro tip:if you're on a spider bot while next to a(n) download objective it counts as the player being still in the area, I can think a couple of missions where when I had to do a long download in a awkward space and threw my spider bot and booked it out before I got surrounded by Klan k and Albion+drones
If you retire an operative game says they will leave team perminently this is not true , If you come across ex dedsec operatives in the open world you can recruit them again instantly ,This option can be extremely useful for next 2 steps. If you have albion clan kelly police officer or Royal guard operative already in a red zone they will ignore your presence,If you deep profile and convert entire building to dedsec you can walk in with no resisistance using any operative, Just remember to disable alarm check points. This extends the length of campagne greatly with recruit tasks but it's a pure Boss tactic of going where you want untouched.
@D-REALM wow I thought to myself that would be impossible because there's a team limit but obviously your method gets around that. If it actually works that well that would be insane although I'm never going to do it, it's very interesting.
@@krypt1ccc739 It works all with ex dedsec prefix named will ignore player in red zones but it's not worth the effort because of how long it would take to do recruit mission for every unit that has daily schedule linked to a single building.
Let people know that if you find a spy, drone expert, hitman,etc... if you don't like their appearance, check the deep profiler and go see their rival which normally has the same job as them with completely different appearances
Yeah another tip from my own perspective. Always check the skills/traits of your ops, cause I had one ops which I didn't realize have "hiccups" trait, which will attract enemy from time to time on random basis. Hence, why sometimes I realize that the enemy knows where I am. 😂 *also this guy was an albion soldier
I genuinely have to disagree on the perma death setting: my tip is to absolutely turn off the perma death-setting. The "parkour" in this game is so janky that your character may fall from buildings & bridges although there was no input from you. This is due to a hidden setting auto-enabled in the gameplay options which simulates an artificial input-delay for your left controller stick (on controllers). This input delay mainly serves the purpose of giving the player the feeling of controlling a "real" human with a natural weight in their movement. Even when turned off, there is still an input delay. Adding to this, the fall- & collision damage is inconsistent: sometimes slight "impacts" critically injure the operative whereas on other instances huge crashes and falls from higher buildings seem to be no problem: the inconsistency doesn't help. This is especially awful when you have the prestige operatives with their very unique and well done voice acting (Aiden & Wrench) and you lose those characters due to some janky movement in the game. Since Watch Dogs Legions auto-saves and gives you zero chance of loading previous manual saves, you may end up losing the most interesting characters to weird (yet funny) bugs in the game. I understand the thrill of turning this setting on, thinking this may add some realistic fear of losing an operative permanently but it is really not worth it, it is frustating more than anything else. All in all the game is really nice though. It has some very unique sandbox elements in which you feel like a tiny piece in a much bigger machinery. Kind of a "your character is nothing, the collective is everything"-vibe. You will enjoy the game more if you decide to play with one of the 4 prestige operatives because the voice acting is on a much more polished state with the prestige operatives compared to the random Londoners NPCs, especially Aiden and Wrench, less so with Darcy & Mina.
Pro tip: use the modern vehicles AI to self drive to map way points. Then go piss and get a sandwich. You will arrive shortly after you sit down in most cases.
I got the game and season pass for about 10 bucks and now I’m starting for the first time with bloodline and it’s alot of fun being a big fan of the first game and Aiden I think it’ll be cool just wish there was more hacking gameplay and a bigger threat with the Albion rule

Something I don’t get is why recruiting at all (besides the ones required for story progression). I could beat the game with just one person. Am I missing the obvious? I just started playing it.

Pro tip 11 utilize google and don’t be an asshole. “London is the capital and largest city of England and the United Kingdom.[8][9] The city stands on the River Thames in the south-east of England, at the head of its 50-mile (80 km) estuary leading to the North Sea.”
Best way of getting good recruits is by enjoying the view while on Autodrive. You don't need to pay attention to the road anyway, so scan away. Found a Hacker (Viral Hacking skill) that way. Also, be sure to check out any enemies during missions too, managed to snag an Albion Operative that had Elite AR Cloaking as a skill, which allows her to shoot without breaking the AR cloak. Beating the shit out of someone gives them the double thumbs down though, so you need to fully stealth past them the entire mission if you want to get them. Manage that, and you'll have good Albion and Kelley Captains on your squad, which you can then use as Uniformed Access to have an easier time snagging other good recruits. So, Distract if someone gets too close, they'll never know it was you.
I all I kno you need is a medic, a hitman, a spy and getaway driver you pretty much sorted Edited: also albion high officer as well as construction worker
@@danwarner7816 Not necessarily, it's more about the extra skills. @@danwarner7816 Yep. Early game Drone Betray is great as it works on all drone types, and missions with lots of drones become a cakewalk with a Betray and Hijack combo on the more dangerous ones.
