I love your WHOLE family..You and Joel are always positive ..when I'm having a bad day (due to severe anxiety and depression...I refuse to take medication for it..just because doctors over medicate and use you as a guinea pig) so instead of medication I watch a vlog from you or one of your family members..you guys have a contagious laugh...and it makes me feel better..I'm not posting this for sympathy..I'm posting this just to let you and your family know how much I appreciate all of you and to thank you for making my day a little better (on my bad days)...God Bless and from the bottom of my heart Thank You!!

Just to let you know, I was utterly worried when my doctor suggested I take medicine for my mood and I avoided it for a year before trying it, now I am soo glad I take it! Gave me a boost x
MegaUnfunny so happy for you..I just don't trust doctors any more.. they over medicate ..theres a pill for everyone now a days ..and everyone has bipolar.. thankfully I'm not one of them..I just don't think doctors spend enough time with you to properly give you the right diagnosis..when I started going to my doctor his first words were well I think you should be on this and this..that's fine..but it only covers up your problems..I tried it my doctors way for almost 6 months and during that time I was a zombie..I didn't know where I was at or what I was doing.. and those were the good days..most of the time I slept.....l didn't want to spend my life like that..yes, I still have depression and anxiety but it's not as bad.. winter time is a little worse for me cause of being stuck inside...it stinks but I can manage it..it helps to have a great support system..which I do have!
