@@larajayne4934 Lol I was close to just unplugging the PS5 from what wall . That would do the trick 🤣 . But thankfully I was like maybe I'll look on RUclips on how to do it and thankfully I found a video that was easy and straight forward to how to do it properly. Instead of just unplugging the darn thing from the wall.

You don't have to, unless you're connected to a TV, which has CEC enabled

Press ps button on joypad and a menu will appear on bottom of TV screen, then go to power and turn off, just like the PS4 (sort of) hope this helped
