All the guys are very sincere and super sweet but RM and Suga always take my breath away / they truly live for, breath and eat their music. Creative master minds and irreplaceable pillars of BTS. I actually thought Jin was really great here answering questions. He seemed relaxed, mature, confident and very natural. They all did great .
I love how he is so witty in answering unscripted questions...clearly everyone was thrown off by the first question but he answered it tactfully. Again at the end the question was clearly meant for the leader to answer but when RM pointed to him he firmly pointed back and suga even said "leader RM" ....also love suga cute smiles after every answer.
I think no one can beat in giving answers like RM...
I think Jin is also mindful of the dynamic between him as the oldest and RM as the leader. Like when they question is about how the older members act vs the final message BTS want to send.

Korea is truly their home, you can tell that they are most comfortable and speak their mind when they are interviewed by and in Korea. No disrespect to American interviews but BTS continuously prove that their roots is within Korea no matter how big they are overseas. They are continuously healing us and the world with their words and messages, especially when we need it most. Let’s all hope that they win the Grammys and perform there, they deserve it to the moon and back.

It's because the only member that can speak fluent english is rm and the rest of the members just nod and stuff. Obviously they 'll feel uncomfortable in western interviews then. Korean is their first or only language ,so ,you know, their ganga be comfortable speaking korean.
Su Ho Yes that’s the obvious but every one of the members are all individually practicing hard for English. My point for this comment was to point out that BTS have not fallen from or forgotten their Korean roots no matter how big they are in America or how comfortable and happy they may seem in American interviews.
Is it just me who feel like they look so calm when interviewed by Korean but they're so hyped and goofy when interviewed by Americans? haha. I love them though. ARMY ❤️ BTS
I loved it when they were on BCS and this one. I find overseas interviews, for the most part, mostly superficial. The USA ones the most so loud! The tone is set by the reporter/interviewer and you can tell who has done their homework and know the history. Your thoughts?

It was like the main cameraman had to use the restroom and asked the person next to him to handle the camera real quick but they were like “wait no I don’t know what to do” and cameraman was like, “dude it’s so easy, just hold it steady and when someone talks just point and focus the camera on them” “ok yeah that sounds easy, I think I got it”

I like how RM talked about the world wide success of BTS not happening overnight. These guys have been maintaining their connection with ARMY for so long through so many channels. I guess many people don't understand that there's a huge difference between liking someone's music and being someone's supporter and wanting them to succeed. I for example, never paid much attention to the music of BTS until I came across some of their interviews - and I said the same thing so many people have said - how can you not love them? And then there's Run BTS, BTS in the Soop, and so on. And when you grow to like someone, you experience their music and everything they do differently...

It's interesting that this comment got so many likes... I suppose some ARMY really do feel this way and there's nothing wrong with it exactly, but I can't help but feel a bit sad at this explanation. I want to add that their music, lyrics and performance are very important, central and unique factors in their success. As an ARMY who has been supporting them since the early days I can say it's very much the quality and message of their music which touched my heart... not only did it touch my heart, it grabbed me by the shoulders and shook me, made my breath catch in my throat and my eyes open wide. I thought "this music needs to be heard by more people" and that's what motivated me to spread the word and push for their success.
Rather than gradually starting to enjoy their music because I already liked the members, I gradually started to get to know the members because I already liked the music. Of course I'm now very fond of them and their genuine kindness, humility, humour and interesting personalities are an important factor in my continued support. But I never would have followed them in this way if it wasn't for the music they create, since I'm not interested in social media stars, models or entertainers. Of course their social media and video content is an important supporting factor in maintaining their fanbase, I guess I just find it frustrating when people indicate it as the main or most important factor in their success, as if that was the heart of their life and career, and music was just a peripheral aspect. BTS are not just 'celebrities' with attractive looks and cute personalities, but 'artists' with something important and powerful to express.
To be clear I'm not saying you're wrong to feel the way you do or that your support isn't just as valid as mine, but I wanted to present an alternative explanation since this is one of the top comments and I felt it doesn't represent the full picture of ARMY.

I never paid much attention too until I started watching them & then I just got addicted to their music and no matter how many artists I love or listen to but listening to bts always just feels different it's like they're my home & they give me comfort & those feels

Everiything he said was the truth. He wasn't joking. I'm an army since 2013 Army was sending money, food, clothes . They will go to radio show interviews with their own clothing, and travel in the car of their manager. They were really poor. The little money Bang PD was left with was all put in the production, MV, etc...Big hit was facing bankrupty. BTS hard work, determination, sacrifice, blood, sweat and tears but most importantly immense talent, (of course with the help of Bang PD, Son Sung Deuk , Pdog etc... ) made the company what it is today.
