Truly brought tears to my eyes! I cannot image the heartbreak of having to give your children up for adoption. You just love them so much, you don't want them to suffer. So happy this story came to a pleasant ending. Now they can write the follow-up book!
What a beautiful story. My cousin had a closed adoption in 1940s. Some family said she was adopted from Canada..Others said she was a baby of other family. I wonder if. She ever did dna. She tried looking other ways on and off years ago.
i just found out that i have a 55 year old son i new nothing about also my father i never met and he had over 25 kids by 8 wemon so i have a bunch of half brothers and sisters and i stoped counting cousins at 200 with much more than that wow man
