I’ll give this a try, I usually robotically affirm in a future tense. Trying to feel as if I’m already in the end goal. If you want an SP, you’d affirm a trip or event with them. Either way, the key is convincing your subconscious you have the desire. Whatever works best for you is the key method for you?

I claimed it for myself. I just stated it that I had it in a manifested it so this shit works, but you have to imply that it is you that is manifesting it not in the outside world
