Thanks heaps for your vids. I’m a beginner and I get heaps of good tidbits from your posts. Plus it feels close to home which makes it really relatable. Now I just gotta catch my first fish on plastics. 😂
@@stretchbeingnerd My son is a beginner and caught a Jack under the Coomera/Oxenford bridge. Unfortunately he didn’t know what it was, had a photo with it and threw it back! 😂

Hey mate! Glad you got back on the wagon of fishing addiction! If you look back over a year or so ago, I did a fair bit of landbased fishing around Brisbane for Bream, Jew and the like. Some good little tips sprinkled here and there and also a gear video a year or so back. If you have troubles finding it message me directly and I can send you the links
i must have over 30 packs of holts but at the end of the day, this copying of lures has been going on for yrs really and will continue too happen for many more, you only have too look at grubs, paddle tails with soft plastics, an hard bodies aswell how many bream cranks look the same, cranks for barra etc. all i can say is id love too see who actually owns the patent for all these designs on the market.

Gee that looks like a lot of fun! Great video mate!
It was! Jumping from spot to spot with the ultra light gear was super fun and a good bit of exercise too
awesome. it was the cutty lil spots that first attracted me to your channel.
Awesome video mate. Definitely agree with the churn in the water from boat or ski wash, it always brings them out! New sub here - well done!
Thanks mate! I appreciate it
That first little bridge you got the bream I got a 50cm gt on the bridge
I do this whenever I’m in a new spot and have a couple of hours therapy 🤙🏽
Looks like I'm doing a gold coast trip soon hahaha some these bridges I wanna throw my new crab lures I got for Christmas
All of them hold fish! Just have to be in the right place at the right time..
Jacks too!
@@dang.fishing I'm yet to catch a jack so that makes me keen
@@stretchbeingnerd just put the time in and put your lure in an area you think you won’t get it back and hold on! 😂
