The problem is the bill wants to apply the international standards of SE that is not suited for our culture. I have a screenshot saying that cse will be mandatory for all public and private schools. Accreditation of Schools who do not comply will be revoked. SE should be responsibility of parents not strangers. OK naman intention ng bill against teenage pregnancies but parang may mali how they want to solve it. Parang mumulatin lang ng CSE yun mga bata sa sex. I have a 10 yo. Wala pa syang alam about sex. When the time comes we will discuss it. The parents should have a say.
