Über das Vereinzelungsprinzip in unserer ✨ neuen ✨ Dosiergeneration haben wir Euch bereits genügend Input geliefert. Diese Animation zeigt den genauen Ablauf im AirVac System der Einzelkornsämaschine HORSCH Maestro. 🎥
Wie der Name des Systems schon verrät, erfolgt die ⏩ Kornaufnahme ⏪ mit Vakuum, also Unterdruck. Die Luft wird aktiv aus dem System herausgezogen, wodurch die Körner an der Dosierscheibe haften bleiben. Der bereits zu genüge vorgestellte Vereinzeler eliminiert mögliche Doppelbelegungen.
Bei der ⏪ Kornabgabe ⏩ fällt das Saatgut aufgrund des fehlenden Vakuums durch das Fallrohr Richtung Boden und wird dort mit Hilfe einer Fangrolle optimal eingebettet. Das sternförmige Ausdrückrad im System stellt zudem sicher, dass alle Löcher der Dosierscheiben frei von Saatgut und möglichen Schmutzteilen sind.

We have already provided you with sufficient input about the singulation principle in our ✨ new ✨ metering device. This animation shows the exact process in the AirVac system of the single grain seed drill HORSCH Maestro. 🎥
As the name of the system suggests, the ⏩ grain uptake ⏪ is carried out via a vacuum. The air is drawn from the system making the grains adhere to the metering disc. The singulator which has already been presented in detail eliminates possible double spots.
During ⏪ grain release ⏩ the seed falls through the fall tube towards the ground due to the lack of vacuum and is optimally embedded there with the aid of the catching roller. The star-shaped ejection wheel in the system also ensures that all holes in the metering discs are free of seed and possible dirt particles.
