But America is already the richest country in the history of the world, and already has an enormous amount of abundance. Elon Musk might even become the first trillionaire in world history. So where is that money right now? Is it coming down to help people who are struggling? Is it helping the homeless who are suffering every single day? Is it helping retirees who are one missed Social Security check away from disaster?
Is that money going out right now? Is it helping? No.
Instead, it’s the same people saying, We need the money now to build AI robots and all this other stuff. We need the money so we can do space projects. And I need all this money because I’ve got to build a star base on the moon.
It’s never about helping the people who actually need help-the people who are going to be displaced.
As this disparity continues to evolve, do you think the people who have all this money are going to give it up and fund a universal basic income? Do you think they’ll make sure people have a basic income, a roof over their head, food to eat, and access to a doctor when they get sick?

Don’t forget that Starlink was probably the result of not wanting to waste the SpaceX test launches that were required for government certification by launching blocks of steel or concrete, as was customary before SpaceX. I even believe that the amount of certification launches that SpaceX had to complete successfully before being considered for government/defense certification was much higher than that of others like Boeing.
