@25:18 It's suggesting shaking the hopper that collects the coins...it ran out of coins to shoot out.... this is bound to happen with token machines, coins can block each other in a funnel shaped hopper ;) Shaking the hopper that collects the coins or freeing the mech inside the machine will fix it :) Unless the motor is broken or so... You can sometimes hear marble carnival making that buzzing sound when you hit the jackpot and loads of marbles have fallen in..or randomly sometimes...... this is a motor vibrating the hopper to shake the marbles and make them unclog...
