Make sure to let me know what game you want to see covered next in the series in the comments! Also feel free to navigate the video and use Yomitan alongside it with the video transcript (check bottom of description) Hope you all enjoy and have fun learning Japanese!
Thank you so much for covering this one! It’s nice to see a otome visual novel since they are a niche within the niche, I’ll be sure to enjoy the video :)
Fun fact, the type of ham you mentioned in Italian is Prosciutto crudo, which actually literally means 'raw ham' as well. You also have Prosciutto cotto, which is 'baked/cooked ham', or more like regular ham in English. Great video BTW, thank you for taking on an otome game! I hope there won't be too many negative comments, keep going at it!
While this game isn't my cup of tea, I still watched the whole thing. Extremely good content in these game walk-throughs! I find the most helpful part being your breakdown of each sentence and explaining the meaning. This is still where I struggle the most with Japanese : I will know all the words and grammar points, but fail to understand it as a complete Japanese thought. Your breakdowns help me with that and hopefully eventually I'll break thru this problem
Super helpful video, the way you break down sentences really helps with learning to read/consume media in Japanese on my own! And this game was such a fun one to watch. And I completely agree - Laurier (bayleaf) really is my least favourite of the four, it was funny to see your reactions to him
You might need imagination to picture a world in which cats are pretty anime people, but I think you might need even more to imagine cats YEARNING TO BE USEFUL. XD
The vote breakdown goes to show why multiparty democracy is a risky bet. You can get cases where a plurality want Option X, and the "No, please, anything but Option X" vote is split among several equally viable candidates. Next thing you know, your prime minister is a catboy.
As a straight male I have stayed away from otome games. I don’t mind bishoujo. BUT! For language learning, if I can get past the cringe, it looks like otome might be better as it’s more male voices and language. Thoughts?
I like the vocab series, but I can't finish watching this one even though I really wanted to. Absolutely unentertaining game for me. Anyway, thanks for your effort.
To me the downside of Otome games are the protagonist monologues. They're very important for plot but feel like massive voiceless walks of text, which makes me get tired really fast T-T
This was the winner of the community vote, make sure you vote to make sure your game gets covered on the channel! The people who support this channel are the only reason I am able to make these videos for you. If you don't like it, vote for what you do want to see :) Also, your attitude calling anything 'pathetic' isn't welcome here. Don't be a dick.
The people cried out for catboys, and he gave them catboys. Respect.
I hope he does Honey Vibes next. (Another Catboy otome game.)
I guess this is a fanservice episode 🤣
If the paying customers want catboy husbandos, you gotta give 'em their catboy husbandos.
Perfect work, man. Thank you for your work.
Suprised how much vocab this is actually teaching me!

I love multi party democracy now
Thanks. Just thanks
Omg, nekopara❤🎉
Thank you for doing an otome! It would be great if you could do other otome. Maybe short indie ones ? Like “I love you!” on itchio
hell yeah
It’s not pride month but this is a dream for a bisexual Japanese learner! (It’s me! ^^)
As a straight male I have stayed away from otome games. I don’t mind bishoujo. BUT! For language learning, if I can get past the cringe, it looks like otome might be better as it’s more male voices and language. Thoughts?
No babe you don’t understand, I’m just learning male intonation 😫😫
Collar x Malice is a really good otome game you might like that.
@@kineticmeow9242 Thanks, I’ll check it out if I decide to try something new…. Like dudes. It’s for the intonation really….
Can you cover stardew valley next?? I really like playing it in Japanese and think it could be helpful for beginners!
I would like to see Stardew Valley done as well!
Something tells me Matt likes the sleepy boy.
i hate "kakeru" man, cannot keep up with how many ways it's used
1:22:30 - A sleeping child is a monkey? I thought they were cats.
Praying for vanilla Nekopara one day as well! Thank you so much for the video!!
2:10:17 Wwwwwwwww
Not a game I would ever play (furry stuff creeps me out), but I am interested in whatever I will learn
Looks like the next community vote might be more up your alley though ;) Greyfox
Hopefully it wins!! Currently fighting between #1 and #2 spot
Please do MonHun Stories 1!
Can u cover fate grand order game?
I like the vocab series, but I can't finish watching this one even though I really wanted to. Absolutely unentertaining game for me.

Don’t worry about prosciutto. It is Italian, not English :P

Pathetic. This is comming from a guy who didn't like "such games".
At least use the real Nekopara next time.

he said he's not much of a fan of eroge games. the male nekopara game isn't 18+. =_=
And how is listening to the community a pathetic thing to do?
I guess game gengo is japanese enough to fall for fan service 😢
No, I don't think I will
then dont click on the video smart one ! 🙏🔥
