True ..'cause those scratches sound like "I have no clue what I am doing with it"... Maybe with a lot of programming pieces of the sound you will use, something good happens... But that's a good idea for those who can't scratch like a real DJ...

Yes it can, tried it myself. Atleast in FL Studio it was super easy to set up.
