Tales of Vesperia is one of the best JRPGS I've ever played. It has gorgeous graphics, an amazing story and characters, and a cool battle system. This game deserve 5 stars. Thumbs up for Tales of Vesperia!

to me it's like mario sunshine, in that it has some really low valleys (poor pacing, needlessly obscure mechanics that are never explained in-game, sidequests that necessitate a guide, slow start to the (very fun) combat system) but the peaks are so damn high that you can't help but love it anyways (frankly the cast of protagonists is perhaps the best I've seen in literally any media I've consumed; Yuri _alone_ could carry this game for me)
kinda woulda perfered this to be playing in the final boss final form really signifies that bot sides are going all out for their beliefs.. sooo mystic arte brave vesperia i feel bad for the ai not being in 4 seprate areas they just die normally

@@zeroxiiimk2 Agreed. Just finished it and planning on doing NG+ after I play through Berseria.
It was the first Tales of game I played and got me into the series and for that it will always be my favorite.
