Good review. As an old bloke the speed doesn´t really bother me too much, its the going up hills that I don´t want to give myself another heart attack! A lot of channels forget the hill climbing and just how much effort is required on various wattage motors.
Another quality episode mate, I can’t help thinking that all these people seeing you ride by talking to the camera think is Dominic Littlewood filming for BBC Rogue Traders haha 😎
Back in the days I remember going Southend parking up in the escort RS turbo with all the other amazing max power car 2012ish 👍❤️ Love the bike reviews and the knowledge I don't own one yet but your videos will no doubt help me out cheers dude 🍻😎
I have a lankeleisi RV 700 fat bike and completely agree about the handlebars, fatbikes need wide bars to feel safe as the whole bike is a lot bigger and heavier than a standard bike. :)
Very entertaining.i just purchased the cyrush rider xf650 with hydraulic brakes.not had chance to take it out the box yet as on holiday but exited about doing so.
50-60 miles using PAS properly on 17AH easy at least on my DIY it is though that has 700cx38 wheels. Seems like they went the wire method to restrict it seems a bit weird with a bafang not to go the software route, but I guess that would be more cost to the customer
most 26" fat tire ebikes are going to be a bit of a stretch for 5'8 so 5'6 would likely be too much dismount for many though doable with the step through.
Cyrusher Kuattro Step-through Electric Bike | 48V 17Ah Bafang 250W Motor (limited) With its 1200 watt peak power and 80Nm max torque, the powerful Bafang motor allows you to run at high speeds and, in assisted mode, cruise with little to no effort.
Bikes that don't go 45- 65kmh or close to 30-45mph just aren't safe for being on the road especially if a car is goin way faster then you or clips you when you turning into a road or turning.... even getting away from danger or crashing..you needthe torque to get out. You just gotta be safe and don't be a knobhead, follow the road rules and brake at intersections or where pedestrians might go, Simple! talking to you nyc especially your driving my lord.
I don't understand the whole bullshit argument about the 15mph limit law for eBikes. 250 Watts would not pull you out of bed. I have a 750 Watt fat tyre bike and it does 25mph max. What's wrong with that?! I only go 20mph in order to save the battery except when I am galloping down some hill. But that would be the same for any bike. What's the problem?
Hi Dude. Did you miss the tail suspension on this Kuattro? Seriously considering one I'm 5'7.5" ... used to be 5'8" now 75 with back probs. Love the vid...
Dude.... decided you cant get all the components you need 😏on a bike unless you build the bike from scratch so on balance I'm going for the QUATTRO. What is happening to the white kuattro you used in the video? Selling it to me?
Can you easily take the throttle off the bike so when im going over fifteen mph my legs are turning, too many horrible coppers in my area, the bikes a bit bulky for me.👍🏴🚴😎
Looks like a standard bafang kit throttle worst case scenario cut the wire isolate the wires from each other. Just read on their site they ship them uninstalled from the factory for UK, so just leave it off.
I think the cyrusher is a decent bike with a fair price after the Brexit it costs Companies twice as much to get Containers into country so the prices will rise a little and like Steve said battery's aren't cheap so if I was a six ft dude I would buy this bike 😀
Big bike ain’t it , I’ve seen some reviews in the 🇺🇸 with this bike brand and they seem to be heavy duty and aimed at the larger person who want’s to get out and exercise and Improve their health & fitness etc . £2k is a lot of money for some people but I guess it can be financed on a monthly payment to make the cost more manageable , and if it helps people lose weight and improve their health then it’s a bargain.
Hmmm. This gets me thinking. It’s okay to buy a 750watt bike but really they cut the speed by the limit. But soon as a copper who knows ebike laws sees 750watt. That be taken away. But if they see a 250watt it’s okay. The is a bike I want. Two versions. 250watt and there is 750watt. But because they way it looks. I go for the 250watt. So plod Carnt say sod all. But now companies can do this. It’s makes feck all fence. May as well re do the laws. May as well do what they do in the usa.
@@DudeStuff well what I been told the case is the same. It’s the main motor unit it self is different. Some I know said I could just get the 250watt version and then buy a 750watt unit and then swap the internationals over. But the main problem is right now. Is that you can get these higher watt motors. And say you stick to the 15.5mph limit and ride carefully. But mr plod who knows ebike laws see the higher watts then 250watt. The bike is moreless gone. Yeah. Can go down the 250watt route and after a year or two. Do a strip down and mod away in ways. Better controller and higher volts. But keep the 250watt motor. But yeah. This in ways seems scratchy in ways. Like I say. Do what USA does. It be easy that way. Lol 😂 but then again seen some of the stuff they mod to. Damn. Lol 😂
Guys currently running a 250w e-bike, it runs at 20mph but has no puff on slight hills.. would a say 1000w motor or even a 500w motor have more push up hill or are hub motors just for flat ground?
Lassy - of course 1000w would have more power for a hill than 250w. 500w would as well but maybe not much if that 500w is peak watts. your 250w motor will take more than 250w if it isnt already. also 500w or 1000w is going to be faster to accelerate on a non fat tire bike as they are maybe 20lbs lighter.
The way those cars are so close to you, 15mph is a death sentence, obviously you are a bike rider, ie motorbike so you know defensive, put a kid on that and its splatted

Now that was a pro quality video mate. your channel and style has come a long way since the begining. well done.
Dude that ride near the ocean you looks marvelous 🌹

to be a little man named littlewood...
Great informative review, thank you. At 6’3” and approaching 70 I think it would be a sensible option and worth the extra initial cost for me.

2012? Damn you’re a youngun 😂
Excellent review just honest and informative. Thank you 👍👍
De restrict it , see what you can get , I'm 6 7 and heavy 250 not enough , size is perfect 👌
Good honest review…whereabouts are were you filming along the coast looks very nice.

Nice one, I suspect your Channel will gain more & more traction, loving the variety, how is the boat bike progressing?
be interested in closer looks at the forks etc, quite an expensive component which can vary a lot and cheap rattly forks would be a deal breaker
Good review Steve aka the DUDE
Very entertaining.i just purchased the cyrush rider xf650 with hydraulic brakes.not had chance to take it out the box yet as on holiday but exited about doing so.
So is ok to use a bigger motor provided it’s restricted ? The laws are so confusing ,! Great bike !
nice vid man what handle bars would u reckomend i have a new ebike and would like to change mind for longer better 1s ? cheers

skinny roadbikes with skinny tires are not great diy ebike candidates, mostly for the tires.
@@TheFreshPeddler 38 isn't skinny. I was mentioning the efficiency regarding rolling resistance.Big tyres will limit range.

Hi, nice video! have you compared it to cyrusher kommoda? i'm thinking of getting one of them. i'm 5'5, is kuattro too big for me?

Yeah I noticed it peaked at 1190 watts on the journey home
can you make a video where you convert an enduro bike with a 1500w built-in controller hub motor?
Great video but what is the music you play at the end of the video I find it so relaxing
I might do an ebike meditation series 🙏 😂

The first thing you are taught when serving in the British army ... " its only a rule when it's enforced " ....
Rules are made to be broken
Hello very good presentation of this new toy, do you know if it is waterproof to the rain? , some devices are fragile made in china
In Ireland the Government give you a tax free loan towards a ebike , you pay back over 12 months trough your salary, call bike to work Scheme.
Hi which did you prefer this or the engwe pro?
Are you going to set up a RUclips membership, I am sure a few viewers will support your cause.

Full suspension would be a bit more comfortable on your back but riding position will also be a factor
