Of all the things, emulation is the only thing that makes me feel like living in science fiction. My Phone has almost all available emulators of all available consoles and when I show these emulators running console games on phone to my friends and family, they don't believe it. Even I can't believe that I can play GTA 4 on phone. What a crazy Thing!! So I hope Emulation never stops progressing and only gets better and better.

This is very common with the Switch/Windows emulation scene on android. People with low-end outdated chipsets complaining why they can't run modern AAA games on their android phones through emulation, crazy stuff. Also gets mad if they can't find a "free" download link for the game they want.
Even PS2 seemed a million miles away only a few years ago, that is until AetherSX2. I'm astonished we can play GameCube, Dreamcast, and Playstation 2 on portables.
Not even a week ago if someone told me they could run PS3 emulation on a phone, I would've laughed. It's wild how fast the emulation scene is progressing. RPCS3 is open source and now supports arm64. Won't take too long for someone with an itch to run it natively on phone.

if you have a VERY modern android phone you can run 360 emulation through winlator, which emulates x86 on ARM yes, you heard me right, with modern high end android phones you can emulate the 360 through 2 separate emulation layers very little games run well at all, but some may run well

This is a fully authorized emulator published by the developer himself, which doesn't contain copyright code (as was the case for Dolphin containing the Wii common key).
I know one thing for sure when the switch 2 comes out if it's not backwards compatible at launch it's going to be a slow roll of games that come out maybe more ports then new games like usual I'll probably wait 3-6months to buy
its better to use the ARM Linux version through termux running through winlator means emulating PS3 -> x86 windows -> wine -> box64 the ARM Linux version would be running bare metalish (containers like termux aren't entirely bare metal but are closer to bare metal then something like a VM or emulator)
with debian on android we can easily optimise or phone this will change few things like we can able to save more battery or able to utilise full power of cpu

BigPEmu already runs flawlessly on Steam Deck and can be added to Steam as a Non-Steam Game on Windows too - so unless there are new featues, this isa huge nothing-burger.
I've already said it, The switch 2 is the worst kept "secret" in nindo history. What's worse is it's just going to be a slightly more powerful switch so why bother with secrecy to begin with? RPCS3 is still a pain in the ass emulator to configure and run, even getting it to run the game files is finicky as hell. I stopped bothering with this emulator.

From a developer perspective Android is just VERY fragmented. That's a royal PITA in programming. Far less target platforms on iOS & they run native code rather than through a VM with Java.

You know what's better than running Linux apps on Android? Running Linux apps on a regular Linux distro. Android has always been a downgrade in many ways, a restrictive system created and optimized for corporate profit rather than being about empowering the end user. So I hope the world will move more toward full Linux devices instead of sticking with Android.
The trouble is a lot of Linux apps tend to not be made in a user friendly way, ie without small touch screens or low powered devices in mind. Updating emulators on Linux is a bloody pain in the neck compared to Android in my opinion. Whereas on Android, everything can be configured without external keyboards and mice. There is often a Play Store on Android devices where emulators can be updated at the press of an update button. Different front end launchers are easier to configure.
this is just, not even correct, android is all about empowering the end user, but in a way that keeps the layman safe you can do anything on android, truly, anything, and if you can't do it, you can root your device to do it, I mean clearly you've never messed with ADB commands as any "restrictions" android has are only restrictions for doing it through a GUI, using ADB commands you really can do anything your heart desires want to degoogle entirely? ADB commands let you remove all google everything from your phone tired of bloatware? Corporate projects like Android always boil down to two main design goals: Profit and control. Everything else is a side effect of that. Like, the reason why Android uses app stores instead of package repositories... is because app stores give corporations a means of deriving profit. It's not for the _user's_ benefit. There was already a solution which addressed the community's needs, but it didn't serve the corporations needs, so it was thrown out and replaced by something more corp-friendly. Then, with each device full of inherently untrustworthy proprietary software, it's necessary to add a bunch of extra security layers to limit the risk and damage... which is why Android needs such a detailed permisison system. ADB is a helpful band-aid to let developers work around some of Android's architectural issues, but it's a poor substitute for having a well-designed system to begin with. The fact that adb is necessary at all is a symptom of the system's design problems. Front-end / end-user usability is more of a superficial thing on top of all that, and can be done on any system. The most important differences between corporate software and community software are underneath.

There was already a solution which addressed the community's needs, but it didn't serve the corporations needs, so it was thrown out and replaced by something more corp-friendly.
Then, with each device full of inherently untrustworthy proprietary software, it's necessary to add a bunch of extra security layers to limit the risk and damage... which is why Android needs such a detailed permisison system.
ADB is a helpful band-aid to let developers work around some of Android's architectural issues, but it's a poor substitute for having a well-designed system to begin with. The fact that adb is necessary at all is a symptom of the system's design problems.
Front-end / end-user usability is more of a superficial thing on top of all that, and can be done on any system. The most important differences between corporate software and community software are underneath.
