In my opinion surprisingly if you think about it Sol is the worst person out of the 4. The Soul Eater originally wanted to help but got consumed by power, soulless just hates light and does what the soul eater wants really nothing else, and soul just is a basic evil general of void with no true free will or complex personality just wanting the darkness to thrive. Then Sol is just a B!tch. He disrupted a peace that thousands of Steve’s have died for, for a very long time as many were lost. Those who were saved were very mentally damaged and he manipulated those who were affected by this to take control of the entire rainbow kingdom using fear. Ruining a time of peace after so long of fighting the darkness just because he was selfish, wanted power, and felt like he was betrayed because the yellow king left him to do whatever he wanted in this new era of peace. Tbh he was VERY surprisingly just simply a completely awful person. I mean Soul was forced to do this, soulless was created to do this, the soul eater was just corrupted by power, but Sol has a true choice to stop or not do this at all but he choose this.
