@@realitytvshows4164 No offense or anything, It’s just not is name. People actually start to think it is because other people say it a lot.
It's because in french, cat is written as chat and this is a french show AND! in french chat noir means black cat but they kept the name as chat noir instead of black cat so it's chat noir, not cat noir, if you wanna say his name in english then it won't be cat noir but black cat. Glad i am learning french and am able to teach thisto ppl :)

I already watched 3 of your miraculous mini movies! I think the first one was called "New Crush" or something like that. It was a marichat mini movie! Loved it so much! The second one I think was called "Our Love story" with Marichat. The only difference was that it was Cat Blanc, not Cat Noir. The third one was this one!
