I find that for me, anxiety and stress are stored physically as well as mentally, and by releasing physical discomfort I can help sway the tide of the waters in my mind. Listening to music is usually my go-to for dealing with my anxiety. I go fishing a lot to deal with stress. And if anything else, I like to just hang out with my dogs... they're goofy as hell and always find a way to make my day better 🙂
also if possible, never stop trying to understand WHAT makes you feel stressed and try find ways to prevent it from developing. sure never works 100 percent and here and there you gotta find balance between the things that even theyre stressy need to be done but for example, for me politics or some actual dumb media can be an easy trigger so find alternatives to get your infos or sometimes just take breaks from it so you can create the capacities for those. best wishes to u all
I absolutely love the way you’re speaking. The pauses between words that slow the pacing of each sentence but keeping normal enunciation of individual words is peak ASMR for me. Not nearly enough artists do this nowadays so I greatly appreciate this ❤️
Here I am on a hospital bed, recovering after an operation of a broken ankle. My leg is fixed, the painkillers loose their effect after certain amount of doses. As sleeping seemed impossible, I randomly browsed on YT last night, looking for a distraction. Deciding to give ASMR a chance, I got the headphones up, eyes closed listening to Cherie’s voice from 3am. The nurse woke me up half an hour ago, with the breakfast. :) Thank you so much, Cherie! I guess not every superheroes wear capes. :)

Hey there 😊 The video was super relaxing and the intro with the countdown was a great idea. At first, I thought an animation might be cool, but having a black screen really helps focus on the video's context. As I kept repeating the affirmations, I felt like a spiritual connection was forming, and for about 15-20 seconds, I reached a total connection. It really relaxed me a lot :) To help get rid of stress and anxiety, I like to go out in nature, ride my bike, and sit by a little stream. When there's a beach, I love listening to the waves crashing on the sand. Spending time with animals is also very relaxing (like my cat purring by the fireplace). I also enjoy taking a hot shower in the evening to wash away the day's stress and listening to relaxing music. I recommend videos with specific frequencies like 963Hz + 852Hz + 639Hz. Besides that, I love playing the drums and creating music, it makes the stress just disappear 👌

The top anxiety relief comes in the form of hugs from my wife and my daughter. The second is my bass guitars. Just playing random notes puts me automatically in a great mood

Love your stuff. Coming from a production background I have a small suggestion. If you are shooting on the Sony series and using their very good auto focus there is a setting to make it “slow”. you might have to google around. Turning that on will make the focus shift more softly. Which has a similar effect to making lighting nice and soft. I think you’d find it a big improvement.
my girlfriend is always out on vacation with her family or not home and I barley get to see her, so having these videos of yours not only helps me sleep and and sometimes my anxiety but you look like my girlfriend so much so that its like Im looking at her, in a sense it makes me miss her more while she is gone but it also helps me, almost like she is still here with me during these times (she cant talk to me on said trips because her parents are like super anti electronics)

Sometimes watching something or if possible, to talk to a friend or something can help distract me from it long enough that it helps reduce it!
