Thoda bahot, shayad aa jata hai ab mai 50% volume pe sunta hun to itna audible nhi hoti but hann nikal ke wapas lagane ka shi ho jaata hai
I have used Komplete audio 1, apple dongle , shanling UA 1, Fiio btr5 and hi by r4 most of the time the power you get from amp makes the difference rather than DAC. 😅 specially when you have hybrid IEMs. Never tried high end stuff so can’t comment on that.

In simple terms, DAC works like an amplifier. When you have A setup like CD player, speakers etc, you need AMP in between. That’s is DAC. I use the Audiocular D07 and it’s awesome with all my iems.
I use CS46L41 dac which is similar to your CX31993 😋

But 31993 has amp & 46L41 doesn't have a one. So 31993 makes more sense in my opinion correct me if i am wrong
@@TechnologyandTricks it depends on your use case, I use CS46L41 with my XB910N (Headphones turned On) and other times with my Hi-Fi Stereo Amp. So no need of extra power and extra processing done by MAX97220 for me
