I had a pair of 8s that I played outside in and I wore it all the way down the the plastic plate in the sole. Even with the shoe being so worn down from playing outside it gripped great.
Thank you for briefly mentioning the insole. I'm always interested to hear if they can be easily removeable so that custom ones can be inserted such as orthotics. As a wide footer, what you mentioned in the end also helps! Appreicate this review!
Very underrated shoes. Much more comfortable than the GT cut but changed my insoles with Move pros and it's been my favorite shoes for playing bball so far

Is it better than the 10s? I use it exclusively indoors yet the outsole has very noticeable wear and smoothing on it, only after about 6 trips to the gym too. I'm worried the traction will disappear completely after just another several sessions

Been a fan of curry and his shoes buying 2 pairs from the curry 1 - 6 once the flow technology came I really wasn't feeling it even though I played in the hyper revs that did had partial foam traction. But this this might be the day I try flow I'm really digging the shoes

I hate that it takes some well marketed athletes to support these rehashed, non-ergonomic and destructive design features. We’re participating in narrowing the lens of sport performance because we’re obsessed with copying people that are completely anatomically different to many, to the point where we damage our bodies. The 11s have alot of great colorways coming out. Out of the ones that been unvieled I like the launch colorway, the bred with the black flow and the all white and black color.
I love the colorway, got that tiffanys vibe going on. The one thing I will say and maybe it's this colorway, is that the silhouette of the shoe looks a little funny to me, like it's too long lengthwise and sorta looks "flat"? Like the tongue sits lower than most shoes and it's making it look boat like, it's got a KD 6 sorta shape to it because of that. Some people loved that shoe but wasn't my vibe. That's my only critique though, the overall shape. I think this is a jump up in terms of the 10 which I felt was a little boring and too similar to the 9, despite being a great performer. I love the lateral side paneling here and I think it's going to make for some fire colorway potential in the future.
I have 3 pairs of Curry 10’s… they are my go to performance shoes. Also every season I get a free Curry team shoe..last season was the 9 n this year will be the 10. That being said I cant wait to get my hands on the 11! I may have to wait for the light colored Bruce Lee colorway. The release cw for me isn’t as cool as last year’s sour patch ones!! (My training/practice shoes for everyday hooping is not a Curry…it’s the Adidas Trae Young 2 💡)!
my dad is a huge stephen curry fan but hate me or not im gonna say this from the bottom of my heart the goat of all the under armour curry signature line is the 3 the only bad thing that it does not last on outdoor court forever thats all they keep on using the same outsole every year :3 tuff pass tho

I would recommend getting the 11s. I own a pair of Curry 9 and 10, they are both superb, insane traction, but the 9 feels more comfortable and I did get the 10 half a size bigger than the 9 but after like 15minutes of playing my toes start to get numb, they feel very tight at the front. I'm still hoping that they will break in at some point.

@@SkillerisLT oh yeah also the 9s fit me so well the stitch upper like molds your foot over time. Also i use grip sprits on the traction so it doesnt slip or pick up dust and the traction is fuckin crazy good/responsive even on a dusty court

@@torch2nine Personally, I love the flow, and 9&10s have been my favorite shoes to hoop in, in quite some time, they just work for my body and playstyle. However, I think they need to figure something out, because its rare that I see youth, and ever more rare to see an adult wearing the Currys from 8-10. Something has to change if they are going to get more bodies in the shoes. Whether that is better colorways, better outsoles with rubber, (specially for youth, give them some rubber to burn through), for adults need some other cushioning options. I dont know how sustainable it would be to offer two outsole types??
@@LordQuzumaki so I work on UA campus. Since been here I have a couple flow shoes, micro g and hovr. Flow is pretty good to walk around in but stiffer than I would like for bball shoe. Even when I was younger I was maximum cushion type of baller. Now that I'm older prefer to play in zoom. The hovr is a good alternative from UA. I really think they to start being like Nike and make the shoe one way for Curry and a little different for general public.
UA has some of the most comfortable shoes i've had but i feel most of the designs are BLAH. Performance wise i'm sure these are great, but nothing makes me want to rock these casual/style/fashion
My daughter loved her 8s but the treads wore down really fast. I swear the durability doesn't last for a full season. Really like some of the colourways like Dub Nation.
I have these now and I have to say..disappointed man..I gave under armor another chance and they failed me. The traction on these shoes are garbage and the movement on them doesn't sit right for me. However when I first wore them they felt amazing but once I hit the court, absolutely garbage

Hey Chris, would you say that these Curry 11s are worth paying $40 more than a discounted Curry 10 when distregarding appearance?

Just a heads up, these flow shoes last about a week outdoors. Took about 6 hours of play to wear down to the shank. Do not buy for outdoors.
