The seiyuu life anime is hella real. That its why Japanese seiyuus are really laser focus and legit hard working when it comes to playing roles even though at first the industry doesn't pay that well. From what their part time experience it really is the grind and work your way to the top and take opportunity
Isn't the relatively low pay a big part of why a lot of them do photobooks and gravure, as well as straight-up modeling occasionally?
It depends but for the ones that are willing to do gravure it sure helps and sadly now as the industry shifts to like legit visuals now and voice acting the surge of female seiyuus doing gravure photobooks would be a lot as the years go by. But with low pay they are not limited to voice acting anime or games alone they can do Infomercials. Like lend their voices on thaf voice lady on baseball games. And they can do TV commercials as well. Now seiyuus if they are trained as TV or Stage plays they could do that as well.
Yeah the competition in seiyuu industry is really hellish, lots of new seiyuu keep appeared and need to be multi talented (acting+singing+dancing) it takes a lot of effort & patience to get a roles in anime whether it big or small roles
Rieri - used to work in a Brasiere factory
Akarin - A Ramen store
Ayaneru - A software engineer
Nice to know these people have worked different places for experience
Ayane was a chad coder, too.
Wait, a software engineer? That's super neat! :O
Kaorin - Donut shop
One more to add to your Rieri work history -- apparently she did fitness training at the same gym as her mom. Quit shortly after she started getting roles
@@6MinutesLothardidnt stand against indian coders and goes to save havens, like va?
I want Atzumi Tanezaki and how she turned different in the last couple of years.
I remember watching her in another clip saying she worked as a teacher, but she did a lot of other jobs too.
There's also other seiyuus that have said they worked part time to pay their seiyuu school, it just shows how commit they were, and I'm glad they are getting opportunities so we can see their talent.
Nice to see a video about her early time
Thanks for the video 👍
Yeah ❤ just what I needed thanks your awesome fantastic work 🎉
Genial, pago su propia carrera, una actriz con valores, mientras que los actores de Argentina son todo lo contrario
