You garland is beautiful! I have learned a lot just watching how you put it together, cutting the garland, using sections of ribbon saved in the waste that would be hidden. Can't wait to see more decorating video's! Thank you for sharing!
Beautiful fireplace garland! I never would have thought to mix the 2 different greeneries. Did you use command hooks to secure the heavy garlands to the mantle? The ribbon and pics are so pretty. I’ve never used glue to secure the pics though! Thanks for the great video! I can’t wait to start decorating for Christmas!
Thank you!! I fold it over and lay it on top of my Christmas tree in a tree storage bag, being very careful not to put anything on top of it. You could also use those large plastic tubs. Just fold it in half and lay it in!

Do you have a video on how to decorate a mantle that is only 4inches deep? I literally have to take everything off the mantle (oh and it's solid brick) try to get the garland and stuff to stay and then add items back to it. It is frustrating to no end. Length is 8.42 Feet. One end is smack up against the wall. The other is open for about 2.5 inches and then there is the secondary mantle. That bumps out and wraps about the other side of the entire Brick wall. I could send a picture but it's frustrating. I literally spent 3.5 hours on it last Christmas.
@@decoratorswarehouse I'll look into that. I have made the garlands that we use for the last 5 yrs. I love Christmas and start decorating in Nov or earlier. But that Mantle drive me nuts. lol The rest of the house is a breeze.
As mentioned in the video, you definitely don’t have to use glue! You can use wire or even just the pvc greenery of the garland. I choose to use glue since I prefer to keep the garlands year after year.
Decorator's Warehouse I understand your point of view , I prefer to decorate without glue to have the opportunity to keep the decoration and vary year after year
In this particular instance I added 12’ of pine garland into a 9’ garland. You could certainly allow the pine garland to hang long or you could cut, as I did in this video. Making the cut gives you another 3’ section that you could then use for another project. As always, do what works for you! There are no rules when it comes to Christmas decorating.
Én Magyarországról írok, csak ámulok és csodálkozok, milyen szép minden!!!!😍🙏
I learned a lot - I've been struggling with what to do with my mantle and your video gave me some ideas. Thanks!
I love that she don’t use too many items to decorate, she uses very large items and it still looks simple and elegant and beautiful

Thank you! I used finishing nails and wrapped the greenery around them. You could definitely use command hooks though.

This is beautiful! How do you store this and keep the berries nice for next year?
Thank you!! I fold it over and lay it on top of my Christmas tree in a tree storage bag, being very careful not to put anything on top of it. You could also use those large plastic tubs. Just fold it in half and lay it in!
Nice thank you. Your volume was real low. Gotta admit didn't like it at first but you pulled it together real nice

I do not. I’m sorry! I imagine that would be frustrating. I would suggest using a premade decorated garland, as they tend to have a smaller profile.

in this case it is not necessary to use glue ... the ornaments and the garland is damaged

I'm I the ONLY one that is stressing out over one side being longer then the other...
is not necesary to cut the pine and berries garland 😒
