Lathi is from Javanese language some Indonesian traditional language it means tongue or words .In the reff we can hear the lyric "Kowe ra iso mlayu saka kesalahan, ajining diri ana ing lathi" it means "You can't run from mistakes, a person selfesteem comes form his words". The sentence is a Javanese proverb. 2. There so many kind of Javanese culture on that video . You can see a man riding horse that called "Kuda Lumping", a man who eating some glass and blowing fire that called " "Debus", a woman who dance that called "Gambyong Dance" and some kind like a doll there is called "Wayang" 3. Good morning bro, this is my first time listening and hearing this music. I was not certain what to expect. I love her voice right away. There is a mix of different styles happening here. So my guess is that there are parts from Indian music connected with modern trap style as well as pop music elements. It is done with flawless momentum and it all moves fluidly. The message in the song seems to be of love that turns into oppression and abuse which becomes toxic. Her response to fight back and defeat the toxicity is epic. Lathi means Tongue in old Javanese. It's part of an old saying / wisdom
"Ajining dhiri ana ing lathi" meaning 'one's self esteem lies in the tongue' (=words, language, statement, etc.). Dignity is determined by a person's integrity and keeping to his/her words.
Singer = Sara Fajira. She is also a rapper. Watch her rap in the song Tersimpan di Hati.

The song tells about a toxic relationship between a possessive man and a woman. The woman who feels hurt by the relationship tries to fight back and regain control of herself.
