If you want to keep it civil, let me give you a tip in this case. You're adding mass to your phone case. If you varnish, or put resin over it, it's even worse. Don't let that stuff drip near your connecting pieces. Your case is going to have a really bad time closing. Also, make sure you sand it like there's no tommorrow. Acrylic paint has a really hard time sticking to plastics. The rougher the better. Trust me, it took a *lot* of tries to get this down pat. And even when it worked, i found it took way too much effort and was still too fragile in the end. Eventually i could end up peeling off a perfect replica of the case piece coated in resin. In the end, it's not really worth the effort, unless you want to be super careful with it. In the end, it's just because phones wear down so much with use, not because of any flaw with the procedure. Look at old phones how even the plastic itself wears down. The coating you're putting on it is a lot less resistant. You're better off making projects like this into set pieces or the like. Stuff like coasters. Just walking around with a phone in your pants actually puts a lot of sheer forces relatively speaking when you consider the integrity of the coating. That's not to say you shouldn't do it, if you're careful i imagine that's much less of an issue. But i carry my phone in my pants and that did not do it any good. I fidget around a lot to so it ended up peeling pretty early on when i finally had a good result, and even an acrylic resin coating over it without any overflow. If your phone is on your desk all the time i really doubt this would be an issue, my stuff wears and breaks down naturally anyways so maybe i'm not the best reference on this. In the end, i'm just saying that no matter how much you succeed at this, it's still just paint.
Beautiful. I'm so jazzed to see the possibilities! My heart jumps and my brain flies at this kind of art. Can't wait to start!! And yes, ppl should be mindful of posts. Remember old adage, if you have nothing nice to say....say nothing at all..!!
It has been a year, so I am afraid that you won't see this. I have poured several and loved them. Then I had a client that wanted one that was military grade and thin. I have poured it several times and had disastrous results. It is more porous and I keep getting tiny bubbles that ruin it. I have tried priming it, different paint companies, and now a new case that is harder and not as flexible. It is even worse. This was a commissioned work and I am taking forever with it. Any ideas?
I really have no idea. For me it just worked like that and i didnt think of other options. Clean with alcohol, prime would also be whatbi would do. Perhaps try a different pouring medium. Think glue is best for this
I haven’t tried on the phone case yet but sometimes that happens when you pour on too much paint - after it dries when the paint is too thick. I know it’s been 3 months but thought I’d share :)
That's fabulous! It took me all of 2 seconds to dash to my painting room to do my own lol. Did you top coat it with anything and if so what did you use?
Hello! I just discovered your channel. I love your creative ideas and your pours. And your voice is very soothing. I’m a new RUclips artist. It’s a struggle to get followers, but I’ve obtained your keep trying attitude.

Happy you like it. And have lots of fun
Very nice. I just inserted a skin inside the clear case. But I want to try a pour on it. Thanks for sharing!
✌️💜😊
Sounds great!
Thank you for this video. I loved the end result.
Happy you like it
I think u can use straw and with blowing make interesting cover
I would think that this would work well with the hard part of a two part case that has a clear flexible cover. Very cute idea!!
Thanks
Beautiful!
Thx
What is the spray for? Please tell me
Love it totally 😍😍😍😍
Thanks so much

It's fabulous can u tell me how to get rid of drips on the edges
Just your fingers while wet
Which acrylic colour are you using
How much tym for drying
My phonecase has ridges on the back? Will this still work, should u tape them or just go over them?
Works but you will keep seeing the structure
may i ask if you sealed it after paint dried please and thank you in advance
Just some very slight touch of spray varnish
Do you seal this?
I think some spray varnish
Did you seal it? If so what did you use?
I didnt. Acrylic is like plastic
What do you seal the cases with?
Just some spray varnish. But you dont even have to varnish
@@PouringArtExperience won't the paint peel off if you don't?
which type of colour did you used?
It's acrylic
I made one and it turned out great but when it dried it started to crack :/
Sorry tO hear that. I didn't have that problem.

chantelle too much paint
Do u have to use a clear case?
No whatever you like
@@PouringArtExperience ok thx cause I'm going to try it tomorrow. It looks so cool
I’ve made about a dozen of these so far. Priming seems to be important and cursing is essential before sealing. Have you tried resin as a finish?
No I haven't tried resin
And while your cursing it, allow it to cure. Autocorrect. Lol!
Looks amazing! How long did you let it dry before sealing it?
Is it necessary to pour multiple times
It would depend on how much paint you pour on your phone case the first time. Also if it dependes on what you think of the end results.
Was that glue or paint (The white thing u pored in)
I poured IN? I'm sure I didn't use paint only. So I assume what pouring medium I used?
Hey thx so beautiful thx 😍
Thx so much

Thanks so much. Just keep going. It will come. Also don't loose out of sight that it should be joy for yourself
I glued a skin to the back of my phone.
Ik heb er verleden maand ook 4 gemaakt voor iPhones.... Ik kan je de foto's opsturen indien gewenst.... weer een uitdaging
I can paint 20 or 25 mobiel cases in that amount of pain wastage
