I was so fired up when I heard this was dropping. It gave me goose bumps. I’m 38 and have been listening to these guys for over 20 years. I’m so glad to see younger fans get into them.
This song means so much to me as the first song I learned on drums. Never thought I'd be able to see it live, but just saw it last night and I'm seeing them again tonight!
Thrice is responsible for so many changes to my life in so many different ways. Of all the songs on this latest release, The Abolition of Man in my opinion hits the hardest as the most refreshing of the lot. Great review, great album, keep it up. Maybe review it in quarters. 12 songs divided by 4 videos with 3 songs in each.
In fact if you look at my profile pic that’s me and my son. I took him to his fist thrice show last June. He had just turned 9. Dustin loved our shirts.
This album rips man. The guitar tone on it is moving. Don't Tell and We Won't Ask hit me differently this time. From my knowledge thrice played all the instrumental parts on this album also.
just from hearing one and a half songs so far it is probably one of the best re-recordings ive heard, the bass, drums, and guitar are so clear and they kept it true to the original :)
You’re correct. I did shat everywhere. Haha thanks for the shout out man and making a vid for Thrice
lmaoo never thought you'd actually see this man, i'll definitely be waiting for that vid!

Same here, 20 years listening to the band, saw them for the first time at the riot fest 2021. Would love to take my daughters to a show.
i didn't even know it was going to drop until 20 minutes after it dropped! i even follow them on social media lmao but i couldn't believe my eyes
Same I saw them live for the first time about a year ago and it was insane.

awesome! drift is such a good album, orchid and sleeper are super underrated
Dead Wake actually gives me chills at the end half of the song.
I bet all the guys featured on different songs consider it a HUGE honor to be featured on a Thrice song from AITA. Even just being considered.
