I appreciate the time and energy you put into producing your papillon grooming videos. Overall, the videos are well done and very informative. However, I do agree that the sound is a bit low and you talk a bit fast but with that lovely little accent it is nice and rather soothing. Though my two papillons, Jammer and MisChief, are show quality, I am a newbie to the papillon world of grooming and breeding. Fortunately my dog breeder, So ShowMe, lives only a couple of hours away and gives me a lot of support. Especially with MisChiefs pending whelping. Fortunately I have been able to leave my beloved MisChief with her during the whelping time, otherwise I would be a complete neurotic mess! But back to your videos, I realized I am doing a slipshod job of grooming. I learned a lot from your videos and I will go online to find your products as you do not mention how to order. Thank you for your videos.

Sound is very poor especially as Lisa speaks so rapidly. Volume as high as it will go. Too little time showing the labels on the products. Need close up with good focus on the products. Won't Coat Dressing used frequently weigh down a fluff dried coat? Video did introduce some products I have not used. The bottles did not match what I have purchased so I could tell they were new to me products.Have never tried White on White on a dry coat. Eager to do so at next bath..

Very interested in your peace and kindness shampoo. Could you please provide the ingredients as our Sophie is sensitive to many things that are naturally occurring...such as aloe, rosemary, soy and many preservatives. Thanks so much!
