Good tips. I grow a very big garden and have been able to take my corn from the garden and freeze it and feed it to the chickens during the colder months to help them out. Also grow turnips and shred those and freeze them and add to it. Take care
It's really good to see you back doing hacks and adding the hens. BTW, you know you can freeze eggs too. Not in the shell. Crack them and put them in ice trays. They last a long time. You can't fry them from what I'm told but can still use them for all other cooking/baking needs. It's almost spring. I'm sure you beekeepers are eager for the cold to be over. Till the next one. 👋

I've heard of people freezing them, but I've not tried it yet. Yes that would work great.

we have a bunny bread store and they sell the older bread for $3 for a whole trash bag full. I like picking them up, the chickens love it.
Thats the way to go. Saves a lot of money .
