I enjoyed Leago on Come Dine With Me and enjoyed her interview now. After what she shared about dumping and what consuming even a tiny amount of sweet stuff or something her body would reject, means she was super brave for going on a show to eat other people’s three course meals (including desserts!!) four nights in a row!

Most doctors here in the U.S have stopped lap band surgery completely,because of it's complications,apparently the band can shift or can be placed too tight.It sounds like she had roux en y gastric bypass surgery and most people have had it and they loose about 50% of their weight and I have also heard you have to be on vitamins for the rest of your life.I don't think its a quick fix ,I'm sure its hard,there's nothing easy with weight loss you have to put a lot work still, I'm sure.Keep it up sis and enjoy the skin you are in💕

I enjoyed this episode and learnt alot about gastric bypass. The only shocking this was the "dumping". I didn't know that was some of the things you have to live with after the surgery. I could relate to the lady's story of being treated differently because of your weight. I'm tall and have never been skinny, so people tend to also treat us and call us giants etc. And yes men tend to treat you as if they're doing you a favor for even looking your way. Sometimes I gain weight sometimes I'm toned but I'm still the same person, just that society has a preference of how women or men should look which is unfortunate.

It still makes me sad for those people. Grew up over weight. The Facebook unboxed makes me laugh though. With me it was a bit different it had bulling involved burning survived and after weight loss. I learnt to love and embrace who i am. The moment i gain a kilo. It takes me back, i don't wanna lie. I love this women and her personality.

Since I had anemia I lost lots of weight, I have been trying to gain my weight back but im failing... I lost confidence in myself, I mean from size34 to 28 😭.... please help me if you know a way to gain weight
I am going through the exact same thing. It's so difficult to gain weight😭💔I tried Cipla, protein supplements, exercising etc. Nothing worked💔at this point, I am desperate.🤞
Go to a dietitian sisi, they do have programs to gain
All the best, guys, I can imagine your challenges. I know from experience that with your tiny bodies you have humongous appetite yet you don't gain weight.

I was praying that Relebogile does something like this. Been struggling to lose weight since 2020 after my second child. I only need to lose 20 kgs. Please God help me
I thought Relebogile was getting tips from the Mafikeng Inkosazana. Losing weight is hard especially if you overindulged during pregnancy . You've tried the juice up method for a bit . like you do it in cycles every 4 months or so and you'll eventually get at least 15 kg off.

@Thami, baby fat will eventually come off. Try intermittent fasting. It helped me eventually after my third pregnancy.
I've used Herbalife products and it worked with minimal to no exercise. If interested, I can share which products works best
I need to lose 20 too! But I would be happy with 10! Such a struggle! Feels impossible. Have lost weight before and know what to do. But I seem to be stuck this time round.
