So humbling to hear that he walked around in a kangaroo costume and delivered the food himself at the start
and still delivers now, brilliant!
Wow so humble, man does job that 10's or hundreds of thousands do every day today.
Also sounds good to say it on marketing
I'm binge-watching these podcasts 😂🤣😂 and thus far this is the most informative and insightful. I literally had an ah-ha moment that was a game-changer for me. At this point, I'm questioning the amount of money I spent on my MBA... 🤣😂🤣😂🤣
Watching this while waiting for my Deliveroo order

@@stag_beats Hi it’s Richard I would say it’s a cliché but surround yourself with great people and work smart and hard. 1% improvements each day
@@frenchconnectionshcb Hey Richard, thank you for taking the time to reply, and I agree, I think surrounding oneself with smart and experienced people is the best way to learn and correct mistakes. btw, I wanted to ask you how much profit does your company produces and you talked also about 1 percent improvement every day but can you specify in what area those improvements must be ?
@@stag_beats Hi Yassine I have several activities but my primary one produces about half a million profit per annum
@@frenchconnectionshcb That's great, sorry to bother you with my questions but what do you think is the major factor of the success of your company and if you had the chance to start over again what are the things that you would change.
Very interesting this one! Great guest! Subscribed!
Really enjoying your videos keep up the content
Best nuggets of wisdom for lean starter. E.g buying Facebook group access for £50, much cheaper than Google ad, building your own facebook group and post videos consistently. Thank you for this insight . Steven, I would like to know more ways of attracting customers or getting traffic with lean cash.

Friendships and relationships are not on my priority list especially if they’re not my hype girls or hype men. I mean, honestly business has to be the first thing we have in common for me to even want to connect. Otherwise I don’t have time to hear about someone’s grandkids or how they’re staying at home with the kids while their husband works all day, because I just cannot relate.
I swear at 42:23 , the person he talks about is some one I know. Between 2012 and 2014 I used to regularly go and do massages to a guy called John Luca, an Italian working as a Banker on a high level position in London. At the time he lived between Chelsea and Earl’s Court. His wife name was Laure 😂😂😂. John Luca was such a cool down to earth guy. When I heard that story my hair electrified 😂 this is crazy 😂😂😂😂
I have a similar idea but In a different field, I want to know what his process of signing up the restaurants were(how did he get them to bother giving him their time and listening to what he had to say)
Very inspiring! Great point on not being afraid of embarrassment .
