- Hey guys, I'm back with another video!! So, as most of you should know by now I'm currently in the process of moving into a new flat. Because of this I haven't had much time to sit down and do long sessions of editing on reactions etc, so I thought rather than give you nothing I would sit down and film an easy mukbang q&a. Earlier I saw a TikTok and the person says how gay people who only like a certain gender and genitals should look at it in a more fluid way because she was straight and later she found out she likes girls, comparing her feelings to theirs. I'm thinkingnthat may be your story but some people just like what they like period and it's not fluid to change. I do think something strange about that.
Not everyone is fluid though. I am straight and always have been. I knew when I was 4 that I liked boys. Now at 31 I still like men.
As a gay man who has absolutely 0 attraction to women, I'm not fluid. I can't even maintain a boner around a woman. I have a friend that's in an open relationship with his wife and we play around and she wants to watch but I just can't keep it up near wammman. Lol we record it for her but the three times she's tried to just watch, I just couldn't even get in the mood.
Some people just aren't interested in other genders or sexes. I like short, stocky, burly guys. I have always thought they were handsome and attractive, even from my early teen years, but it's not a must by any means, I just gravitate towards them. :)

So you guys just admit that being gay is a choice? I thought gays can't choose there sexuality? When my brother told me his gay I said him its a choice, avoided him for a long time because of it. But after a while I felt guilty how I disowned my own brother. So now I accept him and try to understand him. But I think I might be right about him choosing to be gay.

@@mariomendez4730 Its definitely not a choice for me I never feel any attraction to the opposite sex my whole life, the thought of being with a girl especially sexually mskes me sick to my stomach thats how I know Im gay. If I could choose to be skinned alive or have sex with a girl I would choose to be skinned alive thats how much I did not choose to be gay. I think most of this people here who have this "ya know Im gay but I have been attracted to girls before or Im gay but I can be attracted to girls" are obviously and technically not gay but bisexuals, its an insult to a gay person like me for people to label themselves gay eventhough they can be attracted to the opposite sex. They made it sound like its a choice or something and thats absolutely disgustingly offensive.

I find saying blanketed statements like “sexuality is fluid” can be problematic. Some people experience fluidity (especially through their teens to early 30s). Some don’t. While many who do experience fluidity experience different types or degrees. The important thing is understanding that everyone has their own sexuality, sexual journey, dimensions and their own thing when it comes to the gender, sexual, affection, romantic, emotion, commitment spectrum. And to not be driven by insecurities or fear or resentments.
It’s not fluid at all if we’re there would be more bisexuals then lesbian or gays
@@jordanforan That’s not necessarily true at all. That’s saying that because you can feel differently about something at different points in time, you’re more likely to be in the middle of the spectrum. There’s also people who go from ace to gay or ace to straight (hi), or vice versa.
While I’m not sure that it’s fluid for everyone, it is a spectrum, and I think we need more time and study to see what the real statistics are, now that it’s seen as more acceptable to be out.
But still, man, saying there aren’t more bi people, so sexuality isn’t fluid is a logical fallacy.

sexuality is not about exploring you know who you like with out having sex first you just deny because everyone fears being different. Fluidity is not scientific fact of human sexuality we are not fluid in who we like we are very binary if were not the case i would have a bigger dating pool of men but it's not because not every guy is bisexual or gay they majority sadly for us gay men most men are straight and have no fluidity of sleeping with men.

i label myself as a lesbian but i also feel the same way when it comes to my sexuality, i have been attracted to men and have had positive experiences with men but at the end of the day i feel more comfortable with women so i just label myself as a lesbian.
I feel that! I identify as queer, bisexual technically I guess but I like Queer better because it's encompasses my gender as well - however girls have just never ever reciprocated my interest. I think because of that I just find men more comfortable to pursue and be around. (I think our level of appeal to others probably has more to do with our dating preferences than we realise and no one talks about it haha)

Can I just say as a woman I find you very attractive and I’m sure lots do! Also relate to you a lot on struggling with labelling your sexuality and only seeing yourself with men despite being attracted to women as well. This stopped me from accepting myself as queer for a long time. Then I realized that is only because I’ve only ever dated men and that’s why I can’t picture myself being in a relationship with a woman. Don’t feel pressured to put yourself in one box, sexuality can be fluid and it’s totally valid to identify as unlabelled or queer.

I am ok with the being called or referred to as Gay. However I don't identify as it. I've enjoyed my past relationships with women but have found my love in a man. I do not consider myself bisexual as the physicality or gender of a person isn't what interests me. I am attracted to the personality and soul of a person. I will say you’re absolutely not alone in your sexuality. I came out as bi when I was about 12 I think, and since then (19 now) it’s been a constant flip-flop on whether I’m really bi, or if I’m gay, pan, ace, biromantic gay, demisexual, all of it. Really though, from a very uneducated and maybe slightly biased opinion, I don’t think most people are 100% one thing. I think most people have attraction to all types of people in at least some ways, maybe not enough attraction to fully consider another gender as a romantic/sexual preference, but maybe if the right person came along it could happen.
So I’m not really concerned with labeling myself atm. If somebody asks me I’ll say I prefer guys but I’m up for anything (although whether I’d want to date a guy is still a question for me). It really doesn’t matter until you find someone you’re interested in, and then you know 🤷🏻♂️

I think sexuality is a fluid thing.I don't think we can mold sexuality. Humans are very complex creatures. It is impossible for us to be one thing. I don't think anyone has to put a label on themselves, regardless of their sexual identity or gender. We don't even have to know who we are. Of course, it can be comforting to know a word about who we are in the process of searching for ourselves. But not knowing it, wanting to search for it or not wanting to name it, should also be accepted.Thank you for being honest and vulnerable♥️
That sexuality question is definitely more common then you would think. I am a 31 year old women lol but when I was 25 I saw and meet a women and from then on I fell for her. Mind you I only been with men. And had a 5 year old daughter at the time. I never looked at women in that way. Honestly I still kinda don't. I've only had eyes for her sexually. So idk if I'm bi or whatever title they want to give. I just tell people I like who I like!

I had a lot of internalized biphobia growing up but I had to convince myself constantly that I wasn’t attracted to women, when honestly I think my awakening was when I saw xtina aguleria’s “dirrrty” music video LOL😂and after that at like 10 I was like no no no, you just want to LOOK like her, not be WITH her. And I proceeded to tell myself that for the rest of my years lol. Hooked up with a girl in college and lied and said I didn’t like it. Then when I finally let myself in and realize that I’ve been lying to myself this whole time and know all the crushes I had growing up it was a weight lifted off my chest. But I do have some of those thoughts like you had about thinking women wouldn’t find you attractive lol like men are so easy to me and predictable and trying to date women I’m like ahh this is scary, they’re so intimidating and they won’t like meeee😂😂 and the girls in my area specifically say on dating apps that they’re only looking for hook ups and I want a relationship so that makes things difficult lol

I’m a literature nerd so here comes a background on the word “cathartic” (which is indeed a word!). Cathartic comes from the Greek word “katharsis” which means purification. It was used by Aristotle to describe the sensation of watching tragedies. Aristotle basically argued that watching tragedies would cause the audience to feel emotions like fear and pity and thus cleanse these emotions from the audience and make them feel calmer afterwards - they would feel cathartic!

sexuality is fluid, but _that_ fluidity is even fluid. i’ve identified as bisexual since i was 13 (i’m 25 now) and some days i wake up and my attraction is skewed more in one direction than another. i think many people forget this and try to pay little mind to what/who all they’re actually into. one of my brothers is also bisexual (the other one is gay) and he’s had a boyfriend (they’re monogamous) for over half a decade, but his attraction to women is still there and is still completely legitimate! we shouldn’t be hindered by anyone in our lives who might tell us that we should “pick a side” or even commit in a way we may not be ready to. it’s all about _YOUR_ personal experience and journey. if you want to pick a label, that’s legitimate. if you don’t want to pick a label, that’s also legitimate! personally, i’ve dated/loved women, men, and nb people, and i will never not be proud to be bi. much love to everyone’s journeys… 💙💜💖
