I love your recipes and creativity. But does anyone else feels like she uses a lot of oil and a lot of ingredients? It must be sometimes a hodge-podge of all tastes with opposite flavors competing with each other with no clear flavor coming across. I feel it looks great and all, but it's difficult to say that all your recipes taste great too, and are healthy. I also feel sometimes there is a very different approach to cooking than the traditional approach which isn't necessarily a bad thing but I really would like to try 5-10 dishes of yours to see how they actually taste.

Tried out the recipe today! Parathe were yummy! Just take care to chop the onions very finely ! And yes, can be made with low oil! 👍
