May I ask if you have ever encountered the case of using 2 accounts and being locked? I'm like that when I withdraw 1000 dollars, it's locked, how can I get that account back. I just realized that each person only uses one account
Yes you can only have one account per platform. They will lock everything down. I had this happen to me on High 5. I always do a very small redemption right away with every platform to make sure my verifications go through. That is when they found I had 2 accounts. I actually did not remember opening one a long time ago but I must have. It took them a few weeks and numerous emails, they finally were able to delete my old account and everything was fine. Just keep working with them
