Bro, In my rs bsIV, there is issue of fuse blow of fuel pump only. I checked the whole wiring, relays, horn, light, indicators for any short circuit. It goes for few kms, then again that particular fuse blows. Last yr, regulator and battery had changed, everything is fine, but from 1-2 days, this issue is there in my bike. Kindly suggest the solution.

No issues bro check the fuel pump flow to engine if its low some times fuse may blow off or else if the coil produces more power then too.fuse will go off i too have recently faced the same prob no i have changed my pump and now its fine my bike petrol flow was below the limt so the coil helped the pump with more power that resulted in fuse blow

Have u done some thing with the wiring kit added extra lights soming like that if u have added something then there must be a leak in the wiring kit which will cost this prob so better check with the good workshop which has obd tool or a wire end to end checker becuse our bajaj showrooms doest do that they tell us to change the entire wiring kit for small problems

@@jbwheels i had changed my ecu box a month ago and now a problem like that happened.. My rectifier heated like a fire.. May be there is problem with rectifier which doesn't support battery charging and due to that it doesn't give a sufficient power when head light is on? And i had installed a pressure horn too.
