When I was a kid, the only time I drank water was at school out of the water fountain, never at home, lol!
My health teacher showed us this ad, and now my whole class is obsessed with this song.
The Song! My commercial as a little Kid growing up in NC, with our little in our den Television and we only had 3-4 Channels. I loved that commercial along with NBC In Living Color Intro.
I remember this classic commercial like it was yesterday; HILARIOUS-“Hawaiian punch is made with 7 kinds of fruit,” “FOR A ONE OF A KIND FRUIT TASTE!” PUNCH!!!

I toured the Hawaiian punch facility in Hawaii...all the free samples you could drink.

I remember those big can that hawaiian punch came in. Also hi-c used to come in those can to . And you had to poke two holes on the top of the can so the drink would come out.

@@jamescook5576 Now there's a loophole where you can say "made with 100% fruit". That's not saying it is 100% fruit, but rather what fruit is there is 100% fruit. It could be 90% corn syrup or any other term for sugar, and 10% actual fruit products, but those fruit products are 100% fruit.
Moral of the story is don't eat or drink processed food, eat real whole food like meat and plants.
As a kid this commercial trained me to go around punching everyone in the face. Today I’m doing life in prison for battery.

i remember those huge 46 ounce cans of hawaiian punch back in the 60s and 70s. i remember it tasted better back in the old days. Hi C drink also came in those huge cans back in the day.

I was an adult when this commercial ran and I immediately noticed that Punchy said “you TASTE 7 kinds of fruit”, which technically is true. Of course you’re tasting only a tiny amount of these fruit, which is overwhelmed by 90% sugar and corn syrup.
The grape was my all time favorite

These commercials used to drive me crazy when I was little: "When the short guy asks if you want a nice Hawaiian Punch, why do you always say 'Sure'? You know he's gong to punch you in the face. He always does!! Say 'no', say 'no'!! Grrrr!"
The other 90% was a combination of asbestos, cigarette tar and nuclear waste. 70's kids were tough.

I remember that when it was new.
We were giving other kids on the playground a Hawaiian Punch. It was brutal. Today's kids would have never survived the 70's. We were tougher than $5.00 steaks back then.

Sea World in Orlando used to have "Punchy's Hawaiian Pavilion", sponsored by Hawaiian Punch of course. In front of it was a life-sized figure of Punchy that moved. Thankfully all he did was wave his arms (to conduct a "band") and I think his head turned side-to-side.
HOW TO REMOVE HAWAIIAN PUNCH WATER ENHANCER FROM WHITE CLOTHES
act fast. treat the stain the second it gets stained.
turn the sink onto cold.
drench clothing in (COLD) water, add some dish soap shortly after you turn the water on.
scrub clothing while stretching it. make sure you have dish soap on the clothing.
squeeze out of you don't see the stain anymore
repeat if necessary.
I made this tutorial by myself by experience :) worked IOO %. i used this on WHITE CLOTHING!
