Every now and then I have to come back and watch the first arrival of Aaron and Ed in France, what I wouldn't give to have giving the once in a lifetime opportunity to start a new life in a new country with a new job, new boyfriend, new adventure. Aaron, I just have to say you are one lucky dude to have met a wonderful guy like Ed. Treat him well always because guys like Ed don't come around often
LOL I loved this. They are funny together. Oh we sure had a happy ending :) They work like Aaron/Jackson, but this time Aaron has changed. They will be ok even if it doesn´t last. It´s what Aaron needed
I´ve seen several comments these last two days about wanting to watch what happens with Chas and all that. RUclips doesn´t allow anybody to upload the whole show like before, but you can download ExpatShield. It´s so easy and works. I did it last week, it gives you a British IP address so you can watch the whole episodes of Emmerdale on ITV player. Then you just disconnect and you have your usual IP as always. it works so well
I totally agree and you said everything perfectly, Ed is definitely the head guy in this relationship while Aaron is the " wife " but still, they are absolutely great together
I like Ed's comment about the bedroom. "This is where the majic happens." Wish I could be a fly on the wall in their bedroom the first night. LOL!!! That first night should put a smile on Aaron's-always-serious-face. I swear the boy does not know how to relax and enjoy. He's in a new country with his hot boyfriend. Who would not be smiling at that? I'd be grinning my ass off. :-)
Oh yes girl total agreement! haha The last episode was uplifting. The perfect closure to Aaron´s journey. Hell I´m feeling happy only by seeing Aaron going places. And this Ed is so good for him. And Ed enjoys grumpy Aaron too. And the goodbyes were brilliant. Just perfect, after the well needed assisted suicide, coming out, etc storylines, now this too... I can´t ask for more
This is fabulous! What a great idea. Saves us all from withdrawals for a while anyway lol. Yes,definitely a shirt change mid film, ha. But here's hoping we will see a closeness developing and eventually some displays of effection, as Aaron begins to relax and become more comfortable with his new life and lover (and no watershed) ;) THANKS kima for enabling us overseas fan to continue to follow this wonderful story :) x

I just watched this Friday´s Emmerdale and it was a great watch to see Chas interacting with everybody. She kicked ass! hahah Moira, Adam, Debbie, Cain, the policewoman... everybody :)

I can't wait for the next Chas and Moira scene. That should be interesting. I am also curious to see where they take Zak after yesterday. I am really going to miss Aaron, but there is still so much going on in the village. :)
I know you posted this ten months ago, but I think Aaron said he wanted the side of the bed closest to the door, as if he would need a fast escape route because Ed was acting so crazy.
It's the first night of their new life togather. Aaron has come up the stairs and his heart is race. He doesn't know if this because of the man who is wait there for him or the lie he holds in his heart. He climes into laying facing the door. He feels the warmth of Ed's body as he pulls him near. He wants the old Aaron to come forth and push Ed away. But he craves this man and willingly gives in.
To the producers,Directors and Writers of ED... Times are a changing across both side of the Atlantic for LGB community in very positive ways... It is a MUST if ED is to be more than soap that it must follow Aaron's and ED's jouney beyond ED. The younger generation of LGB need to understand that being GAY in not just a life style base solely on sex...that a real relationship is possible. Looking foward to your CREATIVE process again.
"Ed and Aaron will be so good for each other." I agree if Aaron would try to enjoy himself and not be so damn moody. That was one of Jackson's biggest complaints about Aaron - not relaxing and enjoying himself.

Absolutely not. Aaron's definitely the "wife". He just got to France, and he's already nagging and bitching. "I'll give you tidal if you don't get down here and help me with these bags!" Honestly, if he were female, he'd be Chas! Ed, however, is the complete opposite. He just laughs and ignores him. That's a more typical guy's response.
I agree, he should have never agreed to play gay. Though Danny Miller is an awesome actor, he never really portrayed a believable gay man to me. There was never any question that Danny is a straight actor playing a gay role and that's how it came across on-screen.
