When he replied to the question concerning the legitimacy of the election, he has in fact given a detailed answer fluently saying that the election was conducted in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong and in a fair and transparent manner. but it seems that the editor of this youtube video simply deleted his answer after he replied "The.. election" in order to confuse the audience that he cannot answer as well.
