Amazing job! I remember these from almost 2 year ago, I bought a to reflash them but there was no information about the controller they used. Somehow you always manage to get a custom firmware to work. Keep it up.

Danke für dieses hoch qualitative Fideo - aber für €1.20 könnte ich 1,5 Ofenkäse beim Zwingel kaufen

    Very very nice 👌🖖
Would be cool if a couple of this watches could work together to build ja bigger display watch, like one for the hours, one fir the minutes and one for the seconds. 🤔 🤗 Maybe 1 for the weather.

Sadly the two watches I just got won't work with the flasher "Its either not using a Telink Chip or uses a different OTA method"

Please take a look inside, as in the first two videos mentioned it should look like them inside

Hello, I have been gifted the 'Mararon Color Watch Smart' and I am wondering if it is possible to install a custom system that allows configuring basic settings like the time without needing to install an app on the phone. Alternatively, in what language is it programmed? 😉

hey thats really awesome, do you know about the slightly more expensive but decent chinese watch (amoled, touch screen, bluetooth calling, imu, and good battery life). it'll be very great if you could run custom firmware on those wearable. I think the possibility is endless (wireless trackpad, voice memo, always listening AI, open haystack). anyways great work

There are many options, take a look at some of my older videos about more powerful Smartwatch hacking

Can you make a Car Remote Start project?? Using Arduino, esp32 .. ?? That would be awesome

      Not really
Ble Distance is poor on these cheapo devices
Generaly tho if you have 100mw its okay in an open-field up to 100m
But the ESP 32 has a tested range of 10meters in a Open-field (source ESP forum)
Even if every thing regarding range would work out fine you still have a huge laundry list of problems
      Power
      Security
      Protocols
      Connectivity
      Authentication
      Cars Immobilizer

Does the image look good? The examples are quite bad design

      @atc1441  Месяц назад +1

It is not a bad image👍
Current firmware uses Black White Red only with 128x128 pixel to fit the OpenEpaperLink data

you can make some nice stuff on small displays. i've made some blocky ui's with custom fonts on tiny monochrome oled's and they looked amazing :P the best way to design something nice on a low res display is just to open paint, scale the canvas and start drawing, you'll come up with charming designs for sure. for fonts i use pixelorama and set up guides every character height * n, then save as bitmap and convert to a c array, very easy to index. i'm not sure about color but you can figure it out

Unfortunately is is undetectable right now on what you will get :-( Phy is also hackable but not compatible right now.
Did only get TLSR so far

I've been looking just for that! I've recently got one and it's an okay-looking watch, but has terrible firmware.
