Tillman gotten for Nuggets in Finals - Pritchard and Hauser would have been torched on defense by the Nuggets if that Finals matchup comes to fruition.
Tillman is a good defender, but the Celtics should be really happy they got Jrue. Jrue in the post season turns it up even more. He will average like 2 steals and 2 blocks with 8 boards or more as a guard. Don't forget Jrue won a ring because of his defensive plays.

Xavier Tillman I feel is Brad’s replacement for Grant Williams defensively-he’s not going to score more than 10 in a game but he’s that same stocky smaller build to guard the taller and more skilled players around the league like G Will (and even Smart) did so many times. Can’t wait to see how he continues to contribute as he gets more and more minutes, understanding of Mazulla ball, and chemistry with the team come playoff time.

If Joe and his staff can make adjustment on Denver and minimize pts production of joker and Murray Celtics def beat can beat them if ever Boston and the nuggets come out in their respective conferences..cs have 4 bigs to alternately guard joker. Have him work hard so that he will be worn in a 7 game series..same with Murray,de,jh,jb even springer can do the job to contain or make work hard to score against them @@tylerriley2587

I look at Jokic like Durk minus the passing. I think if you have a strong 6'7 or 6'8 guy like Tillman. Tillman can be effective when Jokic gets the ball outside. Tillman can bother the shot make it difficult on the dribble. The difference is Jokic can pass out and do it well. Cs will just have to be on point defensively vs them. Hope Denver doesn't do well on D. Joker is unstoppable this year, maybe he'll go through a slump. My fingers are crossed but not getting my hopes up
Only complaint I had about Mazzulla last season was how severely he tightened the rotation and went away from the bench in the playoffs. I thought the bus 1 boys had earned some post-season playing time. That seems even more true this season. It'll be interesting to see how Joe handles this bench in these coming playoffs. I suspect they'll get more run, but what do y'all think? Go C's!
Agreed. Our record gives us the chance to rest the top 6 while drilling down on which bench combos work best together depending on match-ups etc. Lotsa bench minutes tonight against Pistons. I'd like to see if Svi can fill in for Hauser now that Sam tweaked his ankle. Fingers crossed for a quick recovery. @@niknba
