normal sonic can beat both remember sonic beated sonic exe in a lot of fangames so yeah. and tbh sonic's base is around 404 and his super form surpasses more and his hyper if he even can access will be invincible so basically if sonic exe and fanon vhs teamed up against hyper sonic they won't have a chance.
Sonics base is nothing compared to 404 bruh, no amount of power is going to stop your code from being deleted plus this has nothing to do with sonic as for the feats those are fan games those don’t even count
