do you have to have the monitor plugged in or can you unplug it after selecting the gpu
You have to keep it plugged in. If you remove it the game suddenly cant find a GPU and will crash

Wouldn't just selecting the dedicated GPU as the preferred graphics processor somewhere in the "Manage 3D Settings" also be a solution for this problem? Or does the archaic crumbling engine known as Blitz3D just straight up ignore that?
I cannot really test this personally because my laptop went kablooey but it sounds better to me than having to plug in a different monitor just to play a ancient game.
You would think so. But no... The SCP launcher just ignores it.
A truly haunted piece of software, might as well make assign it a number and give it a page on the foundation wiki.
