I LOVED how much they managed to incorporate several other culture’s sounds into this album! The diversity in the music styles was extremely cool and made this release in particular stand out a lot to me. It gained me a new respect for the group. They aren’t one of my ults or anything, but they absolutely DELIVER every single time, whether it be a fantastic title track, bsides, or all of the above! My personal ranking would be something like this: 1. Shaboom (10/10, reminds me so much of that one Skrillex & Damien Marley song with the way it blends reggae and an EDM type vibe together! Love the creativity!) 2. Blind (10/10, ooo I’m obsessed. Love to see these types of sounds in the kpop space 😍) 3. Work (9.5/10, at first listen I wasn’t sure on it but it’s SO much fun. It grew on me quite a lot very quickly. Love the MV and the choreo especially!) 4. Siren (8.5/10, a great song by them) 5. Empty Box (6.5/10, it’s a good song that I’m sure people will love but it’s not a style I personally enjoy very much) 6. The intro (4/10, I am not at all a fan of the kind of intro where idols just speak over an instrumental track. I much prefer intros like Purple Kiss, which are extremely dynamic and a great way to start off the albums)
