It's interesting to contrast the themes of one boy/girl duo with another. Simon and Grace's theme is adventurous and energetic, whereas Jesse and Lake's this is both sad and happy, more innocent, and romantic.

I really want an episode where we see what happened to Tulipe, Jesse and Lake, and how they manage their life back to "normal". Could be a really heartwarming episode
But I think that's implied. The season 1 finale shows Tulip happier, going somewhere with her father. Lake's happy too, having escaped the train and now free to explore the real world with Jesse.
That's good enough for me. They're happy and hopeful at the end of their story arcs.
Tulip is easy enough, Lake is who I'm more interested in because life on Earth isn't in any way the norm for her. She came from the mirror world. She lived on the train. She's never even been to Earth, not truly, whereas Tulip and Jesse spent their whole lives there.
