yellow top Optima 12 volt battery is 38 amp-hour and DeWalt alternating saw is 12 amp on 110 volt and Ryobi alternating saw is 10 amp on 110 volt for a total of 1100 watts. I suppose your alternating saw is less powerful so we will suppose it is 7 amp at 110 volt which is 770 watts so you are at the limit of the inverter power. But your Optima can deliver only 38amphour*12volt=456 watt-hour total but only 50% is available if you don't want to damage it so it is 456/2= 228 watt-hours. So how many hours can you run your saw on this we have to divide 228/770= 0.29 hour multiplied by 60 minutes= 17 minutes. So in practice you can run for hours because your secondary battery is connected to your alternator who can deliver 100 amp easily at full load.

You gotta test it with a load mane. Just because it'll spin don't mean it will CUT.

You charge that optima with an AC battery charger correct? Electric companies use coal generators to make most of their electricity. Coal is worse than gasoline.
