It's stressful because people aren't allowed to do their jobs the way they know how. Insurance companies, Construction management companies, and people who have no business running jobs being in charge are what's killing the industry and stressing people out.
Yeah it’s pretty much self inflicted. Worst part is we are training the next generation how to do it wrong. Myself, I try to convince myself not to stress. I’ve been doing this long enough to know that 99 out of a 100 times I stress out but it still turns out ok. I figure when has being stressed ever made the situation better? Literally never in my entire life, so why bother? Sometimes it works.
