@@peterwilianto30 The CEO may have made the mistake, but it was Hwayoung and her sister who were being ugly to the staff and the other members. They have documented proof of all that, and even Hwayoung herself admitted to being the bully. I can cut the CEO a little slack because I'm sure he didn't expect what happened. He made the right judgement call, but the execution of it was extremely poor, and it left the other members to deal with the fallout. The CEO should have at least explained the situation better.
For me I have no problem when some group adding member but in T-ara case, adding new member was the biggest mistake, not just the original member career ruined but a also Areum, the other new member career badly ruined. (Sorry for my bad English)
