Pretty simple cameraman grabs 5 or 6 arena workers once he catches drivers on video tells em to follow them in and see where they sit. Just a guess but thats what Id do.

I just had a speed sign tell me “thanks for driving safely” yesterday. They’re doing both positive punishment and positive reinforcement now.
